Affiliates and publishers of ROIAdvantage advertisers may notice something new the next time they login to their ROIA control panel: the "My Advertiser" display. Advertisers now have the option of providing phone numbers, fax numbers, mailing address, e-mail, and instant messenger handles for display right on their publishers' home screen. Keeping the lines of communication open in you affiliate program has never been easier!

Remember, advertisers have always had the ability to contact publishers via email inside ROIA. Now, publishers can contact their advertiser in whatever way is easiest for them.
